He has over 25 years of experience in the financial business within which you have participated in areas of corporate banking, investment and private banking. His expertise includes the evaluation of investment projects, business valuation placement of corporate loans and private placements and public capital, in addition to business consulting and corporate governance as a member of number of Center for Excellence in Corporate Governance (Deloitte-Universidad Anahuac del Sur) and the Mexican Institute of Finance Executives (IMEF) Chairman of the Board Guadalajara Mexico 2003 and National Board member. He has held various management positions at Western Area and Regional, in Bital (HSBC) Bancrecer ,Invex Bank, Nacional Financiera, Finance and Leasing Ficen, Mega Group, Casa de Bolsa Cremi SA, Prime Group Brokerage as head of Corporate Finance and agent with the Securities to enter into transactions with the investor public(CNBV-SHCP). He has participated in various boards of companies in the Poultry Industry, Plastics, Transportation and Finance. He is a board member of the Guadalajara World Trade Center. Degree in Public Accounting from ITESO. He holds a MBA from the University of Miami on the Global executive program. He has done graduate studies in the areas of corporate finance, risk and corporate governance. Participant in national and international forums (Bolivar Forum Inter-American Development Bank). He has participated as Professor at ITESM and ITESO and Universidad Panamericana. Since 2001 is a partner of the firm, Global Corporate Services. In 2010 was appointed Chairman and CEO of Prever Consulting SC firm specializing in Risk, Corporate Finance. Co-founder of the Family Office Mexico.

Mr. Fernandez Agraz has More than 19 years of experience in high level Management as CEO and CFO, which includes leasing and financial companies as well as private and commercial banking, stock market, portfolio management and investment fund management.
Mr. Fernandez Agraz is a member of the consulting board of financial, leasing and technology companies. Has been active in M&A, investment projects, Financing and Private Investments, as well as public issues.
He has actively participated on public issues on the Mexican Stock Exchange, and has participated in sales of national companies to foreign investors, has helped companies implement their corporate governance and institutionalization process.

Regularly publishes articles in the press, blogs and in financial publications.Founder and co-founder of companies in various sectors that were later sold to exclusively dedicate his activity to the single and multi-family office. He has managed assets and investments of his own family since the early 90s. He founded Cluster Family Office in December of 2007 with the intention of creating a company to meet all the asset needs that his own Family had to face more than two decades ago. Mr. Mariana attended the University of Barcelona for his Business Studies. He has given several courses, seminars and conferences related to integral wealth management and family office.

Previously he worked as a Financial Advisor in the Global Wealth Management division of Merrill Lynch USA. In this role, he was responsible for managing investment portfolios and prospecting new clients in South Florida, USA. He also worked in an IT consulting and technology platform provider company, where he held several positions of responsibility. He joins Cluster Family office in May of 2009. Mr. Amato received a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business and Trade, from Florida Atlantic University. He holds a Post-Graduate Degree in Wealth Management from the Institut d’Estudis Financers, and a Master in Corporate Finance from the University of Barcelona. In addition, he completed the Investment Decisions and Behavioral Finance Program at the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.

Ms. Pilar Espina is a recognized financial expert having spent the last 20 years in accounting advisory, tax planning, tax consulting, tax, financial due diligence, real estate business decisions and cross border transactions for individuals and corporations in USA, Latin America and the Caribbean. Ms. Espina is a founder partner of E-Financial Services, LLC located in Miami, Florida. She has been a Professor in different prestigious universities in South Florida and Latin America. Ms. Espina graduated as Certified Public Accountant from the Universidad Yacambu, Venezuela. She has a master’s degree in Global Executive Business from the University of Miami, Florida. Additionally, Ms. Espina hold a Real State license and Notary Public License in the State of Florida.
