In the exercise of the rights derived by the contract we do not manage sensible personal data.
In terms of the Personal Data Protection Federal Law in Possession of individuals and other applicable laws to Civil companies you have the right to limit the use of personal data, as well as to exercise your rights to rectify, cancel or oppose them which are provided by the law, requesting by writing by mail to the shown address on previous paragraphs.
3.- Data Transfers:
In FOM Partners SC we do not transfer nor share any of your personal information to any third party, with the exceptions provided in the Personal Data Protection Federal Law in Possession of individuals.
